Compact, complete and cost-effective: “Arena A1” is aimed at young, 11 to 14-year-old learners of German as a foreign language who would like to prepare for the exam of the Goethe-Zertifikat A1 “Fit in Deutsch”.

The book contains 10 complete tests. The MP3 files with the recordings for the listening comprehension are available as a free download. In Test 1, the test format is explained in detail and the solution strategies suitable for each task are presented.

“Arena A1” can be used in parallel to any main teaching series and meets the requirements of the revised A1 test on the whole line. Texts and contents refer to topics of relevance to the examination. In addition to preparing for the exam, the user has the opportunity to practice A1 grammar and vocabulary extensively on specially designated practice pages (almost 30 in total).
